Don’t hire him he will rip you off. we hired him to build us a house when I started asking questions. He said that he knew what he was doing and to trust him we should not ask any questions. He ended up using the wrong gravel for the concrete and now we have to have new gravel delivered he made of a mess of our land and then charged us for it. this was supposed to be a $500,000 house and he would get 10% which was 40,000 we ended up firing him after he had not done what he was told to about change orders he ended up getting $41,000 and all we have is framing for the concrete and the wrong gravel and there is no house this was just the beginning. met him at the home show in Huntsville, Alabama.
