Once he gets his money, he neglects follow up when there's a problem.
He did nearly $60,000 of wall and window replacements at my church. Three years afterwards some of the windows wouldn't open. He came right out and stated the manufacturer of the windows was at fault. He promised to contact the manufacturer to have them repaired or replaced.
Seven followup emails and phone conversations from me over nine months had no results. He blamed the manufacturer for poor follow up. Although he promised to come in October, 2019 to do the repairs himself, he never did despite four emails & phone calls I made. On the last one, Nov. 26, 2019, he actually hung up on me!
In retrospect this contractor had been "stringing me along" for more than ten months, never intending to repair/replace these windows. He expected I'd just forget about it. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau.
