Excellent! Dealing with MJS to replace my AC was the smoothest transaction I've ever had with a company doing work at my house, and the price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond to do the job quickly and expertly. I'm so used to having issues with contractors, workmen, basically almost anyone doing business, I've basically lost faith, but this transaction has restored some of my hope that there are good businesses out there!

I would highly recommend MJS Heating & Air Contitioning. Mike was very prompt in getting parts I needed for a new bathroom radiator as well as setting up an appointment to service 2 boilers in my rental property. He is very accommodating and flexible with scheduling, and all in all, he is very professional and nice to work with. His pricing is very competitive.

I hired MJS for a project, but they never completed the work. They stopped showing up and eventually cut off all communication. I was forced to take legal action, and the court ruled in my favor, ordering them to return my deposit. To date, they have not complied with the judgment. I’m currently filing formal complaints with the DSPS and the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Be cautious and do thorough research before hiring.
