Manuel J Tenecota owner and Founder of MJT Roofing dedicates his time in providing and receiving continuous training while allowing only the best in the industry to be part of the MJT Roofing family. We show up on time
We will contact you and provide specific time and date when we will arrive to work on your project, and you can be sure that we will be punctual. If anything happens to delay our arrival you will be notified immediately.
We protect your property
We use heavy duty mesh tarps to ensure that falling debris is controlled and able to be thoroughly cleaned up. We will protect your landscaping and plants with tarps secured to the roof line, and with ground covers. We will even use 2” x 4” and plywoods or overturned buckets to shield smaller plants from damage.
We carry all appropriate insurance
We make sure to protect our customers by carrying General Liability insurance. In the very unlikely event that anything is damaged during the course of your project installation, it will be professionally repaired. Everyone on our crew is covered by Workers Compensation insurance. This is a very expensive form of insurance that, although it is required by state law, many of our lower priced competitors do not carry. As a result, if any of their employees are injured on your property, they can file a claim against your homeowner’s insurance policy. We will be happy to provide you a certificate of insurance.
