    I would rate them as a 0 since the Job on my Roof was to be brief disturbing. What you are told and what they install is two different things. All I see is how they pride themselves on customer service, satisfaction, Master Roofer. "REALLY" I saw none of this nor do I now when looking at my roof, my roof was not professionally installed. Over the past few months I have had small parts of shingles break off, the cutter aprons do not match totally different color when brought to their attention they used spray paint! Please be very careful when select a roofer, it can be a big battle once installed and problems arise/continue! If you had Zarlino put on your roof especially from the March 2011 storm PLEASE have it inspected for your peace of mind, I had this is why I am writing this review
