I paid this company $11,425 to install 55 Clusia hedges, cut down several trees and do stump grinding. They requested that I pay the nursery directly for the hedges and then they wanted a 50% deposit and then 50% upon completion. They said it would take 2 to 3 days.
1) At the end of the second day - they were not even close to being complete and asked for additional payment
2) At the end of the third day I showed them about 50 on my pavers on the driveway that was soaked with hydraulic fluid from their leaking debris removal truck. They said they will take care of it
3) The Clusia hedge came in 25 gallon pots. They cut off about 25% of each plant before planting. I believe they did this because they didn't want to dig the proper depth hole for the hedge.
3) At the end of day 5 (1/7/22) they wanted the remaining payment but failed to install two of the hedges and just left them laying in the backyard. When I asked about it they said they thought I would be happy with the ones already installed.
4) I reluctantly paid them the full amount and just asked that they take care of the significant oil stains on my driveway. They said they would take care of it.
5) After they left and I removed the mulch around the stumps that they were supposed to grind I found that most of the stumps were not fully grinded. I will now have to pay another company to complete the job properly
6) On 1/10/22 I did not hear from them and my driveway was not fixed. I messaged them and they said it will be done by 1/14/22.
This company is not professional and caused damage to my property and did not complete the job they were paid in full for.
