BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! We indicated our budget for a home build. They estimated that they could meet our budget, but that they needed the architect drawings -- which would be $3,500. We received a pencil drawing design and their pricing came back over our budget by $100K+. So basically, we paid $3,500 for a pencil drawing that we can't even use. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A RIP-OFF!!!
** I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS STARS IF I COULD....

MK is building a custom, upscale / luxury townhome for my small family. (Approx 2600 Sq Ft with half finished basement.) The major work has been completed, and we have been THRILLED. The owners provide personal attention constantly, altered the floorplans to perfectly meet my family's lifestyle, and the quality is fantastic - all within budget.
