The worst experience ever! Michael when he did show up, was always late. He removed a backsplash for me and was to come back and fix the sheetrock. He keeps saying I will be there tomorrow but never shows up. He never lets you know he will not be there until after the appointment time. I can not reach him by phone or text. He was supposed to install my new backsplash and still no show. I paid him for the removal already and he has not finished the job.
