Contractor only worked from 8:30-4, claiming that is his 8 hour day, workers took anywhere from 1 hr to 1.5 hour lunch break and did not show when the weather called for rain even though there was inside work to be done. Didn't build according to the plan sheets and repeatedly changed the sized of the floor joists. Addition that was built was not level and he explained that he did that so when it rained it drained away from the existing house. Ordered the wrong front door and delayed window installation because he did not order all the windows in a timely fashion. Was unsure how to build the roof and tie it into the existing roof and never offered a solution. Failed inspection because addition was not built to code (basement windows installed incorrectly, roof unsupported, addition not tied into house correctly with beams). Only has insurance for one man, had anywhere form 2-3 workers on site when they showed up. Very inexperienced and doesn't know the building code.
