I would not recommend ML due to his lack of professionalism. He could not take honest feed back about his absence and how his two men were not doing an adequate job. Just 2 months after the job was supposedly completed by him, my house is peeling. He demanded full payment before he even fully completed out house, and he threatened to put a lean on our home. He did not want to talk to me because he said the girlfriends of the home owners always demanded more, though I was the home owner. I also signed the contract.

Shoddy work, unfinished and abandoned project, refusal provide information to insurance company to assist with my claim. Refused to account for material and labor after recieving a payment, accused me of fraud and being "in breach" and invoiced me for thousands of dollars for work and materials not performed, and threatens me with a lawsuit. I'm a widowed woman, over 60.....just trying to repair my home after an insurance loss....the word that best describes Matt Lagos is "predator".
