We hired MLE construction for help with floor replacement and painting. Steve Scheirer has been great to work with. He obviously possesses a full background of knowledge and experience. He's patient and understanding, has very helpful suggestions and solutions. He and the crew are no-nonsense, get to work and let's get this done people. I appreciate that. With his improvements, the home is better than when I bought it.

Stephen made my dreams come true! We had a small cape cod and were looking to do a full length dormer to expand space and we definitely needed a new roof. Stephen suggested doing a new second floor instead, which was actually our original dream. He waited while our architect revised the plans and then completed the project in 8 months! He and his crew were so neat and considerate - they did everything possible to minimize any disruptions to our daily lives. I am actually a little sad the project is over as it was so exciting coming home to progress. The contract was clear, his prices were reasonable, and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. We highly recommend MLI Construction.
