Mobility 123 installed a Stiltz lift in our home. The carpenter, Mike, was fantastic. His finish work was exemplary. Mark and Caleb installed the cab and ran into uneven floor issues and handled it like the pros that they are. So very patient all 3 guys were and cared about their work. The elecrician that was used was a disappointment. The location of the big grey disconnect was not even taken into account considering this was a living area. There was a better place. He also left the bond screw in, which I am told may have caused, in the right circumstances, shocks. Ryan, who seems to have oversaw this project just wanted me happy with the final outcome and worked this electrical issue out with me. He was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Mobility 123.

When my wife began to experience intense knee pain which made climbing stairs an almost impossible task, we contacted Mobility123, which responded to our needs quickly and efficiently.
In particular Tom Beck and his team moved very fast by coming to our home the same day we contacted him. He explained the way the stairlift system worked so that we had a clear picture of what to expect.
Tom answered all of our questions and took as much time as we needed to go over all of the details about how everything worked. My wife felt very comfortable about the system and the way it worked after this detailed explanation. A few days later the Mobility123 technician arrived at our house, assembled the system in a highly professional manner and had it and up and running in a few hours. We even used it to transport laundry up and down the stairs on our lap.
From the outset we had explained to Tom that we might be selling our house at a later date, and so would need to have the stairlift removed. Tom assured us that this would not be a problem. Sure enough, after only a few months our house was under contract, and we had a definite settlement date.I called Tom and told him the stairway needed to be clear for the movers to carry down bedroom furniture. A few days before the movers came Tom arranged for Mobility123 to have the chairlift removed. After Ryan from Mobility123 carefully disassembled the chairlift and rails the carpet on the stairs appeared as it had previously. There were no holes, tears or any damage whatsoever. All I can say is that Mobility123 came on the promised date and removed the system when it said it would. My wife and I agree that this company has been a pleasure to deal with.

We got a Bruno stair lift installed at our shore house in Cape May. My mom is 83 and she can not visit us without the lift. She has a very hard time managing the stairs and the lift allows her to come and go as often as she would like. We also had 3 grab bars installed in the shower for her.
Mobility123 had the lift installed within 48 hours of the initial phone call. I would certainly use them again for any handicap products or renovations.

Ryan and his crew at Mobility123 were knowledgeable and professional from the time we first reached out to them until the lift was installed and reviewed on how to operate and maintain it in our new home. From quotations to permits there were no surprises and we were informed every step of the process. We highly recommend their services.

Mobility123 installed a handicap shower and a wheelchair lift in my parents home. The workers were very clean and the work was done quickly. It took them a total of 3-days to install a shower and a wheelchair lift. Needless to say, we were pretty impressed. I would definitely recommend Mobility123 for anyone that is in need of handicap equipment and/or home modifications that make it easier to get in and around their home. We plan on getting a pool lift installed this summer, too!

We purchased a stair lift going from our front porch to the sidewalk, and an automatic door opener for our storm door. Our objective was to gain freedom for two house-bound lovers of blue skies and soft, sometimes chilly, seashore breezes. This installation which occurred in, what I must say, was record time. The workmanship was professional and, to say the least, complete. We have regained our wings and have quickly taken advantage of our new found freedom. To Mobility123, KUDOS.

Once again, I had to depend on Mobility 123. This time calling them for back up battery replacement. Tom (one of the Toms) came to my home and replaced my back up battery (inexpensively) and schooled me as to, "what I may have been doing wrong," His instructions, plug the charger under the steering device first, making sure it is securely plugged in...thereby avoiding blowing out the fuse and lastly directly into thee wall outlet. He also instructed me on how to charge the battery compartment directly without mounting it onto the scooter. Mobility 123 has assisted me through thick and thin. Plus, Mobility 123 is always there when I need their support. It is an ongoing, dependable relationship. They are truly a Family Store. Just call! You'll see.
