I am having back up and plumbing issues. On 11/17/20, I contacted my Home Warranty and paid my deductible. They set me up with Mochar Plumbing. I contacted John that same day, and he said he would come out on 11/18 to complete the service. 11/18 came and went, and he did not show up or call. Over the next several days, I left many voicemails, but none were returned. Finally on 11/29, I reached John who just told me his phone was smashed and he lost his V/M's. Fine. We set up an appt for 11/30 at 2:30pm. I actually tried ro see if we could do 12/1 instead, but he said 11/30 was his only good day. So I took time off from my job to be home on 11/30. Again, 11/30 came and went, and no one showed up or called. I left another V/M on 11/30 to see where they were, and it was again unreturned.
This is WILDLY unprofessional and unacceptable. I have had a toilet that won't flush for almost two weeks, and Mochar Plumbing only seems interested in occasionally answering their calls to schedule appointments they then just ignore. DO NOT USE MOCHAR PLUMBING.
