This is a recognition of the excellent work performed by Ilan, Elan and the entire team. it is for massive remodeling, master bedroom, new master bathroom, creation of another suite, new closets , new lightings, new floors, modern chimney and mainly new large kitchen. Many walls were removed to create an open house.
Even though the main was well defined, we discussed alternatives and agreed together about the best options. Major remodeling has surprises but it is true, Ilan is always looking for solutions.
The execution was very good. They have professional team. We followed the project everyday and saw the passion of the each team. they like work well done in detail. There was no rework !!
Few months later, we are in the house as we desired.

The installation was timely and of the highest quality. Elan came to my home upon completion to check all of the work. Months later when I requested additional shelf holders for a cupboard, they mailed them quickly and directly to my home. Working with this company was the best part of our complete home renovation. I've never worked with a designer before and am so glad I contacted Moda Design & Build for my master bathroom remodel. Ilan took my initial ideas, tweaked them, then brought them to life. He came up with a great floorplan for the bathroom that made excellent use of the space (we removed one wall and moved 2 others to get the best floorplan). I loved his creativity as well as his ability to communicate. We ended up on budget and the results are even better than I had hoped for.
