Terrible. I purchased a dishwasher from Zeglins, who used Modco to install it. This cost me $205. The worker they sent jammed the machine in, which made it stick to some old tile. When the machine quit working, under warranty, Zeglins told me I had to get Modco to take the machine out, before they could fix it. Modco refused to pull the machine out, and was rude besides. Finally, a GOOD contractor came in, sawed off the tile, and didn’t even charge me. Then Zeglins repaired the machine. This all took a month and a half; I am not exaggerating. Look for a store who uses its own installers; they do a much better job.

My experience with the installer sent by by Modco, via my purchase of a new dishwasher and microwave oven at Zeglin's, was excellent. He arrived on time, was very courteous and efficient, problem-solved any difficulties encounters, and even provided some instruction on use of the new electronic controls. This was not his responsibility. I was very pleased overall.
