I have used Bryan and his team multiple times for my rental property in Sierra Madre for roofing, drywall and paint repairs. Very responsive, excellent work and fair prices. They remain first on my list for these kind of repairs.

Bryan over at Modern Builders helped me redo my roof at my house he provided me with a detailed quote of the job description along with before and after videos of what actually got done. His crew was very clean they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis until the project was completed and hauled all the trash. Overall my roof tiles looks spectacular and we no longer has leaks. I highly recommend this company.
