    Terrible Builder. Bought a property from him and has failed to fulfill his contractual promises. He ghosted us, failed to install individual water meters and individual utilities for each house, and failed to install window screens. Honestly, avoid this builder at all cost

    Bought a home from them

    I would definitely not recommend this builder, poor building quality but worse of they do not communicate and in my experience, they made multiple commitments to come fix an issue but for several months I am still chasing them to come out and address the issues. The refrigerator surge keeps tripping, the screens for the windows are yet to be installed 6 months after the home was purchased, and many other items.

    They are the builder of our townhome, and it has been nothing short of frustrating. From poor communication, to work not being done, to them not even submitting appropriate paperwork to valid our address with the USPS. Our year warranty is here, and they have not responded to fix items that need fixed, from flooring to sewer. It is pushing time to seek legal services. I saw a few red flags before we signed, but I trusted him when he said he would get it done.

    Defective and unfinished project

    Ivan has done a lot of work for us in our remodel and did a good job with the work. However, when we had him come back to build a covered porch, not only did he not finish the job, but when the weather cooled and got moist, the cedar ceiling buckled and fell to the concrete. He came out to assess the damage and now won't return calls or talk about fixing the problem. I warned him by phone message we would notify BBB and others.
