This company is terrible. We hired him at the end of August 2022. He wrote that he was going to start on September 1 2022. It is April 2023, he has collected $8000.00 of our money and we are still waiting for our fence! He just keeps giving different excuses. I think we will be filing a law suit to get our money back! Stay away from this guy he is dishonest!!! I would give him 0 stars if possible. Also, going to Better Business Bureau.

We were victims of a scam. We signed a contract in June of 2022 and we still do not have a new fence! Tom gave us a great estimate and seemed to be a knowledgable contractor. We gave him a secure deposit and signed a written contract. After that, nothing went as expected. He is a scam artist.

This is the worst company that I ever worked with. Thomas Bagnall is a crook who stole $6,000. from me by taking a deposit and never came back to finish the job. He did the same thing to other people in my neighborhood (Old Norwood Park in Chicago). Don’t trust this person!!!
