    My experience was terrible. Workmanship did not pass inspection. Their framer could not read the blue prints, was left totally unsupervised, and all his work had to be torn down. Very expensive. Contractor abandoned the site and filed for bankruptcy. I was left with a very expensive mess. I definitely would not recommend them.

    Horrible company to deal with.

    Project was beset by problems from the start due to exceedingly POOR communication from subcontractor and contractor (trees cut down without asking, storage room lock broken into, theft of property, poor sloppy paintjob, no response from anyone for over a month regarding progress which resulted in two days worked out of 84 days).

    Owner never apologized for break-in or thefts, neither did the subcontractor. After not seeing any willingness to finish the project filed complaint with BBB (company jumped back onto the project BUT did not tell me they were going to work on the outside of the property and did so without my permission after I expressed displeasure and desire for compensation of damages rather than continuation).

    Owner continually stalled, saying they were so busy but finally admitted to cash-flow problems with the company. I found out later the subcontractor's company had been in business for only 5 months when he was put on my project (Owner had promised to put his 'best guys' on the project) which explains a lot about the problems.

    Still haven't received any compensation back from the company. There are no solutions, only problems, in my experience with them.
