We just completed a Home remodel with Modern LA Construction.
Oded was our go-to Project Manager and lived up to our Standards and Design ideas.
The project took about 3 months and was finished in the estimated time frame.
After moving back into our newly remodeled home, we were very appreciative of all of the provided services that were promised to us.
Our new Kitchen and remodeled Bathrooms are stunning.
The attention to detail was amazing!

Oded and his crew are very experienced and have great suggestions.
The job completed with care and any issue has been addressed.
They used Electrican, plumber and waterproofing for the shower pan which make me feel calm knowing everything is up to code and safe to use.
With unseen items Oded absorb some cost which we are very very grateful for. (I know other companies would probably use it against us)
It is almost impossible to find a contractor to run a perfect remodel, but you definitely want an honest one.
I highly recommend Modern LA Construction and I will use them for any future project I might have!

Modern LA Construction just completed a major renovation on our house.
Included a new roof, a master bathroom, and a makeover of our bedroom and closet.
Oded was our contractor and was fantastic to work with.
There are a lot of things you usually worry about with a contractor and Oded alleviated any fears from the start by following through on everything he said and keeping in communication throughout the process.
The foreman, Dror, was a pleasure to have around. His work was impeccable and he also made sure we knew what was happening at every step.

Modern LA Construction quickly responded to a repair required.
A section of drywall needed removed and replaced because of a leak in the roof.
The task was done in one day all repainted and cleaned.

They did a fantastic job of an extensive remodel of our home three years ago.

Oded recently renovated a home that had been in my family for over 35 years.
The house was completely gutted and remodeled inside and out.
Two storage rooms were also converted to a studio, bathroom, and screened in porch.
The home is gorgeous and the redesigned floor plan very functional. Oded and his team were extremely professional and the quality of work exceptional. Oded completed the project within budget and on schedule.
I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. I love my new home!!!

Modern LA Construction remodeled our guest bedroom and bathroom; about 700 sq. ft.
Remodeling projects are stressful! Oded was able to answer all our questions quickly with honesty.
We were happy with the job and would recommend them to friends and family in LA.
