Bernard Rosado in an unreliable contractor. He promised a job in 4 weeks, and has not completed the job in 11 months. He took over 10K for home improvements, and there is nothing to show for it. The partial flooring work he did was supposed to have a warranty of 3 years of labor, and 10 years of materials - and has not return to make repairs after multiple calls, and emails. He does not even answered to inquiries by the PA Office of the Attorney General for Contractor Fraud.
