We are our family based company with over 35 years in all phases of construction serving Southern Oregon, Jackson, and Josephine counties (Medford/Grants Pass)
We currently are not building homes or offering home inspections, due to pandemic restructuring, company downsizing and lack of qualified hiring but we are still offering post correction inspection services, pick-up list services and smaller handyman projects or builds from an well experienced, well educated general contractor as well as an licensed Oregon certified home inspector (OCHI)
We are still a full service and repair construction company devoted to hundreds of loyal customers, several real estate companies, and home appraisers to keep offering your projects and repairs rendered up to building codes to prevent unnecessary and possible costly callbacks or even future lawsuits.
