We have been dealing with many delays in getting our Cape Coral house repaired after Ian (last year) plus getting a few upgrades to our house. I worked out a deal with Diego at Modern Stone Construction as they responded quickly to our request for a quotation. We had 3 parts to the project; a new entryway screen enclosure, soffit repair (and remade the correct way which our builder did not do), and adding rain gutters all around the house. They showed up the day they had indicated (within a week of us signing the the deal) with a 2 week project window. The first day got us our screened entranceway, 4 days later they started on the soffit removal and replacement (2 days work), and the next day they did all the gutters (seamless) and finished by 1:00 PM. All the workers were efficient and respectful of our property, after each day there was complete cleanup of all scrap and materials. In essence they finished the entire project 1-week ahead of their announced time frame. I inspected the work after each day and everything was done professionally and with care to make sure all the installation was correct. We highly recommend Diego and his crews for any of your residential work, I also understand they build homes as well. We will definitely use Modern Stone Construction again with any large projects we may conjure up.
