I would do zero if I could. Bought our house that was constructed by this company a few years ago. Attempted using the one year new construction fixings but it was hard to contact these people. There are loads of problems and snotty craftsmanship and work throughout the house and on the outside. Why are the fence posts in the back of the back yard not cemented in the ground? A big thing we didn’t notice until the fence started tilting from natural winds. Shorty work from this construction company to say the least. One of many problems.

H O R R I B L E! This company had ruined my first home buying experience. Getting a hold of them to fix things within the one year warranty has been a nightmare. In constantly told that things are “normal wear and tear” such as doors coming off hinges, and floor separating. They haven’t even came to do the one year crack and paint. I wish I could go back and never buy this home or work with this company.
