4.5 bath new build home. Several items had to be re-plumbed by different contractor after the home was finished due to issues. Did not follow basic Delta or Grohe instructions for install on shower fixtures and ended up tearing out finished wall to fix bath plumbing. Had to get new Grohe controls twice! Messy finish work as well with putty and silicone mess and junk behind the faucet screens from not clearing the lines. Jim did not do his own work on a lot of it and maybe the crew wasn’t trained well enough. Tracy was very nice.
