Super disappointing and frustrating, causing way more stress than necessary. They were great the first two weeks. The work was getting done, and they do good work but the next 4 and 1/2 weeks we didn't see a lot of them and per their project manager they had started a new job.
Also, make sure you have everything in writing before you let them touch your house as we had several discrepancies in what I asked for and what they assumed I wanted and what they were going to charge me for.
The owner is very proud and lacks customer service so be prepared for that. We finally terminated their services and went with a different contractor who finished everything in a week.
