My family has been using Nick Moller to do some plumbing work in Petaluma recently.
He did a fine job initially, but this past weekend, something wasn't working totally right so my mom called him to ask what was going on, and he acted like he had no idea who she was (he's been working directly with the contract, but her name has been on estimates, checks he's received -- a good plumber would remember the names of the people he's working for). He told my mom he would call her back.
My mom then spoke with her contractor to talk about the plumbing issue, and apparently Nick had called him as well. After 6 hours, she had received no call back from Nick, so she called him back, and again, he acted like he had no idea who she was (when he had just spoken with the contractor about her project). My mom explained the issue, again, and Nick blew up at her, saying she's been a "pain in the ass" to work with during the whole project, that's she's causing herself more trouble with what she's doing, that the roofers did something wrong and the house is going to fill up with carbon monoxide, and even went as far to say "You know why your husband left you? Because you're such a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX." Frankly, even if he was the best plumber in the state, that is completely uncalled for, and anyone who treats their customers like this does not deserve the work. We are incredibly disappointed and upset by this, and we'd advise anyone looking for a plumber to look elsewhere.
