I was very disappointed by the customer service (very unprofessional). I paid good money to make sure I would not have to worry about the AC and installation. It was only a few months before the AC broke down. Only after several calls and complaints did they send someone in for repairs. It had a warranty and I was still charged for the repairs- that's ridiculous. This was not the only time it broke down when there was a warranty on it.
When I'm charged a few grand for a job I expect it to be done by someone with competence and integrity. Needless to say, this was not the case at all.
