For the past two years I’ve dealt with Monarca’s because they were recommended by the HOA.
Each time I’ve contacted Walter he has quoted a price that was at least twice the amount I was told it would be to turn-off and then turn-on our irrigation water.
Yesterday I called Walter and he said it would be $40 to have the irrigation water turned on again, even though we used him last October to turn it off. We will not be using them for any future work.
Buyer beware.
