I wanted an experienced Tech and we had William came out and sure appreciate his promptness! I worked with William for years and knew his credentials and his expertise!!
We had an odor every time the furnace fired up like something burning. Our furn. had been going on and off for weeks. My husband bought a filter that Home Depot said it was a 3 month filter. He paid Almost $20 for it and ended up dirty and clogged after just one month. William explained while showing me everything that he was doing. Service and Tuneup! He brushed off and blew out my furnace parts and compartment. Said the burning odor was the dust build up on the heat ex-changer cause filter was clogged. He blew out and cleaned the heat ex-changer! I didnt have another filter so he went to buy filters for me and didn't charge me extra for the trip!! He charge me what he said he would! Absolutely did an Awesome Service and would Strongly recommend William Kennedy of Monarch Air of Lehi Utah!! (801-455-6510)
