This builder is so AMAZING!! Once I seen a video of the home, I was in love with it. When you walk through the model you won’t hear any UPGRADES everything you see is included what blows my mind. It’s such a gorgeous home and the small touches the owner Luis put into it shows he cares about what he is putting out. They tried to use as much space as they could in the kitchen with the cabinets they did, and the pantry the pantry is to die for. They even put shelves in ALL the of the closets and the master bedroom closet is the best. You have spaces for shoes, boxes, shirts, even a section for your long dresses. When I did the walk through, I even met the owner Luis and I can say with any of the other three new builds I had I never even met or heard the owners name mentioned so this was so new to me to know that someone cares that much. Luis is AMAZING as well so down to earth and easy to talk to. You would think being an owner of new homes I would think someone who is stuffy and in a suit all day every day. Not the case at all with him he cares about the homes he’s building and it shows. I called him the day after I moved in and within minutes he was at the house. Normally you put in a request wait till someone calls you wait till they get ahold of another person and schedule to come out. I have so many great things to say about the home no way could I list them all but I am blown away by it and everyone from start to finish who I worked with. It was truly the best experience I have had buying a home.
