    Partial wall removal
    $3,000

    Wow! Ken and Franklin did an amazing job on brightening up our kitchen by removing part of our kitchen/living room wall. They showed up on time and were done in 3 hours! Nicole in the office was very professional and answered all my questions. Looking forward to having them complete our many projects in the future! Thanks Moniz Team!

    Wonderful experience from date of requesting review of what needed to be done, (siding, repair and paint outside woodwork)
    We wAlked around the house, checking things that I felt needed work on, he heard what I had to say and made recommendations. I got the feeling of trust from that first visit and decided that was the contractor I would hire. He was through throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Mr. Moniz was professional all the way, worked side by side with his helpers. He was very professional, was here when he said he would be, cleaned up everyday where they worked, made sure everything was protected from elements and completed project on time. I requested that the work be done on a continuous day to day basis and they did. I’m so thankful I chose Moniz Home Improvements. The outside of house is beautiful. So many people, cars going by take pictures, speak how lovely the looks. I’ve gotten so many compliments from neighbors, friends, strangers. Very nice to talk too. Listens to what you have to say, if he thought there was any thing questionable, he would check with me first. His helpers were friendly, committed to doing their job. Great experience with Moniz Home Improvements. I highly recommend Moniz Home Improvements.
