Great price but horrible company to deal with. They put a lien on your property no matter what until the job is complete (which in my case took over 2 months from the 1st day they came to install the windows). There were 3 different subcontractors at my house to do various parts of the install. It took them 3 weeks and 4 visits just to install screw covers after the inspection was completed. The owner is a liar and doesn’t follow through with any promises or appointments. I had the worst experience with this company (not the subcontractors) and would not recommend them to an enemy.

I went through my contractor but the windows were pricey. We have impact windows. We had a coupleof errors, but I cannot be sure whose error it was, whether contractor or theirs, but they rebuilt them and fixed them.
The owner was very personable and called to make sure we were satisfied and I thought that was very good of him because he was genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with the product and installation.

Unfortunately for our builder #Hovnanian has used this Monogram for windows and sliding doors. We have 1 wrong window design on one of our windows in the living room, the entire living room window panel is damaged and was installed that way and they have tried to fix it and it looks even worse. It has been 5 months and NO follow-up on when will they replace the windows. One of their unqualified installers came to try to "fix" meaning hammering the windows and banging on them that left massive dents but not to worry because he sprayed them with black pain over brown windows. Message me for pictures. Horrible experience. when you hear MONOGRAM just RUN! Really want to call on some TV investigation stations to come and so a story on this.... #windows #badjob #WPBF #CNBC #AmericanGreed #ABC #Fox #Newsmax
