    I first met Troy Conner (Conner Construction) in 2000 while working in the earthquake disaster center in Napa California. I was operating a remote Building Department in the disaster center which strictly dealt with earthquake damage repairs. We issued permits and inspected the projects for compliance with the applicable California Building Codes. I worked with Troy (Conner Construction) on a daily bases for the better part of a year on over 50 projects. I found Troy Conner to be a very honest and professional craftsman who truly took pride in his work. Also, given the circumstances of the disaster, Troy was sympathetic in regards to the losses his clients suffered, he showed compassion and that he had integrity.
