Do not work with this contractor. He will never get your work done after taking money from you. All he cares about is money and not completing the work he's charge you. He comes off as a nice fella but trust me he will never do any work. He never meet his deadlines and keep on telling you make up stories

I agree with the above. His intentions are good but not a good contractor. I hired him to do a porch roof for me last year. A job that was quoted at 2-3 days took about 2 months. A few weeks after completing the job, I had issues with the gutters handling the water during rain (I do not know the technical term) but it overflows onto my porch because it is not supported enough. Reached out to him about 6-7 times and each time he told me he would come take care of it. After a while I just gave up and stopped asking.
