He put the permit in his name but did absolutely none of the work. He had an employee that isn’t a journeyman or even licensed plumber of any sort run gas lines for my water heater and cooktop and install these items. He didn’t even show up til we failed two WSSC inspections and the second inspector explained what he did was completely illegal. I would not recommend using this plumber and question his integrity to say the least.
