Very good service. My fireplace gas insert was not working. After some difficulty getting the original installer (Malm) to provide service, I asked OnFire for a recommendation. The OnFire owner put me in touch with Sean Christmann, the owner of Monte's Fireplace Service. Sean arrived on time and solved the problem right away. He spread out tarps to protect my carpeting, and in addition to fixing the problem (an interior electrical connection), he performed all the routine service the unit needed after two years of use. He is personable, conscientious and knowledgeable. Took less than an hour; very reasonable pricing.
