This company was hired as the plumbing sub for a radical remodel of a 60s residence(new supply lines, removal of a portion of old cast iron drain from beneath slab with PVC substitution, etc). Aspects of the service was more than acceptable including the bid price. Substandard performance issues: 1) Installation of new tankless HWH was without the required service valves which I had provided and the workman walked away with. This discovery, because it was not proximate to the event, translated into "buy a new set of valves and install at your own expense," i.e. business ethics grade=F., 2) Original, which means it can not be readily replaced, colored commode was damaged when re-installed, i.e. the plumber fractured the base. There was no recompense for this loss. 3) Grade=D for plumbers with aesthetic sensitivities especially needed with a residential concern. 4) This company does not maintain open lines of communication. As noted in Google reviews, they receive an F- in communication. They are devoid of the simple courtesy of returning a phone call.
