Montgomery County Home Pro Mark Melice

I had hired Mark Melice for a small task in replacing some flooring and painting walls. We had agreed upon the cost around $10,000 for a months work. Well and behold here we are a month later and barely anything is done. wendy's wrappers littered across the house with a shit paint job. The house smelled worse than a zoo, i swear he beats his child he forces into labor. Anyone seeing this please do not hire this man, he will steal your money and never respond to any calls following up about work.

There has to more to the story and two side. My experience with mark has been now 14 year's. He is like family to us. I will have a conversation with him about this. But the man I know does great work and cares about his customers. He does about 8 of my family members houses and some is investment property. And also my friends. Not one bad thing through our experience. I hope any future potential clients hire mark. His work is like no other. Pay him as he goes if your worried about money. You will not regret the hire.. believe me

Mark is a con man. He took well over $10,000 in deposits for work that he never accomplished. He drug out my project for over a year. He would not answer calls or show up then gave sob stories why. He will take your money and walk away. I agree with the above statements, i don't care what he has done from others or if he does decent work when he actually shows up... WORK WITH THIS MAN AND YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!

Mark is an absolute con man and scammed me for thousands of dollars. He was supposed to paint my exterior wall, replace 14 windows, and frame the inside of my home. He dragged on for months, with endless unfulfilled promises (I have text message proof), and just took my money without delivering anything. He hired an unprofessional worker to do the paint, which was completely scuffed, and just simply didn't do the rest of the work. I am taking legal action against him and recommend you all stay away.

THIS CON MAN ROBBED US, I DONT CARE WHAT HE DID FOR OTHERS, THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE, HE OVER CHARGED US, WAS NASTY, CAUSE HARM TO MY ELDERLY PARENT, KICKED OUR DOG AND IS A PIG! HE OVER CHARGED US AND DID NOT DO THE JOB!

Mark highly recommended by a friend of ours. He put our front door and did a great job he did a wonderful job on our front door we continue to hire him over the years from basement remodeling to hanging crown molding and painting our entire house he takes his time and make sure the job is done right the first time I found that not many contractors have done this and there is no one else that I would hire. Mark is also one of few people I trust to be left alone in my house. But please be advised that he only works with one other guy may be at times but mostly works alone but his work are magazines worth.

Mark has worked for our family for years. He takes time to make it right the first time. His passion for his work is impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone.
