I was very pleased with Daniel’s work. After being so happy with the work he did in my house, I brought him in to do work in my Mom’s place to replace her bathroom floors and the transition strips throughout her house that were becoming a trip hazard. Once again he was meticulous, worked quickly and cleanly and is very reliable to do what he says he is going to do. I would absolutely go with him for my next project.

Hired Mr Montoya through a friend who hired him, his bid was spot on and handled minor adjustments, was on time, did the job within the time estimated, spent the time to do the small details right, corrected a few things he wasn’t happy with. I’ve done floors and windows, so I know, the work was perfect. Cuts were clean, straight, and floor is holding up. One thing broke and he came back to fix right away. Hiring him already on another job, so that should show how happy I am with him. Also one more thing, he returns phone calls...:and texts in a timely manner.

I’ve used Montoya Floor Coverings on several occasions. The most recent job (last week) was the installation of click/lock plank vinyl (stone-look finish) in a large master bath. Daniel and his crew skillfully completed the project, making several helpful recommendations along the way. The end result was an expertly installed floor that looks fantastic! Unlike many contractors, Daniel is both communicative and punctual. He shows up on time, and keeps you in the loop with regard to his team’s progress, and lets you know if there are any issues (and then handles them!). The project was installed at the agreed upon price, and in the timeframe promised — can’t beat that! I’ll definitely use Montoya Floor Coverings for any upcoming flooring projects. Daniel and his team are true professionals!
