Lisa was great when things were going well. Unfortunately the wrong laminate was installed in my property. Because it’s a rental I didn’t see it right away. I advised her in October 2020that it was the wrong flooring. Even the box has the wrong name on it. I waited patiently, called her every couple weeks for updates ( she said she was filing a claim with the manufacturer.) She even thanked me for my patience and said she was sorry that This happened to me. Over time I realized she had blocked my number. I was able to reach her using another phone and she HUNG UP on me. Honestly, I’m surprised it came to this. I thought she had more integrity than that. So now I have to get court involved which I feel is a loss for everyone. But I have $6000 of flooring that I absolutely hate, and it appears she has made her decision. I chose Mont’s to support a small local business, and now have to fight to get the proper flooring. Good luck if you use Mont’s.
