Bought a house from Mr. Bunny in 2019 and it was re-wired and "fixed before move in. Since the purchase we have had nothing but problems with the property and everything he put bandaids on is falling apart. The floor joist were rotted and falling and he supposedly fixed any things but actually did not. Piss poor craftsmanship and zero care for others who purchase from him
