We chose Monumental to install crown molding on the main level of our townhome and paint almost all the rooms in the house. Scott did a thorough job of estimating the cost and I felt he gave us the most fair price for the work. Scott and his team showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The results are beautiful and Scott came back and made sure we were happy with their work. The whole crew was professional and helpful, and did a great job! We would use Monumental again for any project!

05/12/2021We hired Monumental Contractors to restore our covered front porch, our back deck and the banister on our main staircase. Scott, the owner, came out to our house just about every day while they were working to make sure everything was going well and we didn't have any concerns. The crew working on our house were amazing, answered all of our questions, and took care of all of our concerns. We couldn't have been happier with everything they did, we even referred them to my parents, and they are doing work for them. I couldn't recommend Monumental enough. Scott even stopped by after the work was done to take care of a couple of very minor issues himself.

They did everything they promised to and I wish my whole project would have went as smooth as it did with their company. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The guys are very helpful and they use their time wisely. I welcome them back for any of my other projects. Their knowledge of their work shows in the job they leave behind and they even made an extra special attempt to clean up supplies left lay from other contractors. If you want it done right call Monumental Contractors LLC. They are great workers and well worth the money.

My bamboo kitchen floor was ruined when the refrigerator valve connecting the water line to the icemaker cracked and leaked. After a while, the floor began to buckle and mold and mildew stains were visible. Monumental removed the bamboo floor and the underlying linoleum floor. Both were severely damaged by the water and had to be removed as part of the needed water remediation process. Monumental's team worked diligently to remove both the bamboo and linoleum floors. Afterwards they cleaned the subfloor, covered it with a vapor lining, then expertly installed a new kitchen floor. The entire project was completed within three days. They did an excellent job and I am tremendously please with the result.
