    Build a housew
    $180,000

    Would not hire him ever again. He built a house for me, went over the estimated completion date by several months, which cost me money. He was rude, often screaming at me and my realtor when questioned about progress. After talking to others, I’m hearing the same story. Cheap, inexperienced labor, sub par materials, etc. had someone posted a review on him, I would not have hired him. Hopefully this review will save another family the stress and aggravation we endured.

    First of all, the construction of a home takes time and sometimes there are unavoidable delays. This part of the country is experiencing a building boom and there are times that we must wait for tradesmen or materials. There is never a case where the job is held up without just cause. This reviewer has not had the opportunity to talk to others, if so, why did he not get a bad review prior to contracting with us? As far as screaming goes, Mr. WOINA is the champion. I have never been screamed at like I was from him. From day one. It was a nightmare dealing with him. He allows his personal family problems to control his temper. He has been referred to several local psychologists for help. A local building inspector examined the crack in his slab and explained that it is quite normal here and is to be expected. No structural damage occurred. Today this guy came to my office to get help on a new project at his home. If my work was so bad, why did he contact me????

    I am a licensed realtor in the pan handle of Florida. I have worked with and sent many of my clients to Mooney Construction over the last 25 years. They are skilled in remodels, commercial and single family construction. Mr Mooney takes his work very seriously and maintains a hands on attitude in every project. I have yet to hear from a dissatisfied client.
