BEWARE! This business owned by Raymond Davis is is far from ethical. A property management company hired him to do repairs to my parent's home when they were away. He over charged for services not even rendered. My parents had to hire someone when they returned to do the actual repairs. Mr. Davis wouldn't back off his cost of over $700. After a realtor tried to negotiate the balance with him Mr. Davis lost his composure so bad the realtor feared for his own life. My conclusion is Mr. Davis is a crook and extremely unstable.
