hard to believe but charged $185 for replacing a faucet washer!! actually charged $35 extra for a trip to Lowes to buy a pack of faucet washers!! What kind of plumber goes to any job without a pack of assorted sizes of standard faucet washers. Could have done this myself in 10 minutes for less than 10 cents but tenant called the plumber
