Cannot help feeling taken advantage of. Poor quality work, poor commmunication - especially at the end. I’ll have to regrout the floor tile myself after paying $15,000 for the project. Later his partner admitted they had a bigger, more expensive project and rushed to finish mine. I’m an easy going person with few demands which apparently made Wes think I would tolerate subpar quality work. The bathroom looks hastily slapped together.
