This company has been the most unprofessional customer service experience I've ever encountered coupled with the least knowledgeable people I can imagine specializing in this field.
I bought a $6000 system from them. The Rainbird controller went out within a week. I called and it took a week for them to come out and replace the controller. A few days later, the second controller stopped working. I called again and almost a week later got the second replacement controller which burned out within a couple of days. So, by this time I'm almost a month out from the installation and I'm out $6000 and I'm still dragging a $20 sprinkler connected to a $50 water hose around my yard. I called again, but the owner said he wasn't going to do another warranty replacement and that he talked to somebody at their supply house who told him the controller was too close to the electrical outlet. Seems like a knowledgeable professional would have known that before doing the installation.
He indicated I needed to install another outlet for the Rainbird. I told him that I wasn't going to do that, if I needed another outlet it was his responsibility to inform me of that prior to the installation. I further told him to either come fix it or refund my money and come take the system out. The other option was a law suit he'd lose as well as the bad reviews his company would get. They're still getting the bad review for the lack of professionalism, knowledge and the unnecessary attitude.
His repairman came out and replaced the controller, then ran a long wire to another outlet to address the issue. So far, so good on that.
I should not have found it necessary to get this angry to get results.
