Moose Harte installed our air conditioner / heat pump unit and did a great job about 8 years ago. We ran into a problem with the unit recently so my husband called Moose. He did call right back and explained to my husband how to reset the unit. (In addition, during that phone conversation, we told Moose that we wanted to have another system with two air conditioning/heating units with another outside unit installed so we would like an estimate for that.) Unfortunately resetting our existing unit did not work so my husband called Moose back within the hour and left another detailed message for him. This unit is located at seasonal property, but we needed to have it serviced immediately since we had contractors in the property doing other work. My husband left several more messages for him stating that we would like him to come out that week to look at the unit. All this happened several weeks ago and Moose Harte NEVER EVEN CALLED US BACK! Needless to say, we had to contact another company to service our unit and we will not be using him to put in an additional system. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
