I recently hire MOR Plumbing to finish my basement bathroom and add a bar. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the professionalism and how well was everything done. The owner answered all the doubts we had and the employees are very professional and polite. I recommend MOR Plumbing Corp. 100%.

    Plumbing rework and ejector pump
    $1,800

Mor plumbing did a job for me reworking some plumbing. They also installed an ejector pump in my basement. After install they had to return 3 times due to faulty work. The ejector pump kept spewing poopy water into my basement. 2 years later the pump fails again and it "isn't covered under warranty" and they can't fix it(out of warranty) for weeks because they are busy. Attached picture was from original install. I would recommend a more reputable contractor that will back up their work. Pictures and video provided upon request.

    Kitchen and bathroom remodel
    $1,500

Working with MOR Plumbing in the past, I can say that their company is one of the most professional team I have ever come across. Santos especially is reliable and treats his customers with respect and ensures that they would get great service. 10/5 stars would recommend

My husband and I used Santos Morales to install three faucets in our new home. My husband had to go to Home Depot to buy parts because Santos did not have them. We thought that this was strange but he said that they were specific and he did not have them. The faucets worked fine for a few weeks and then one of them started to leak and not drain properly. Upon inspection, the drain stopper had dropped and was clogging the sink. We called to have him come fix his work and he did not show up for the first appointment. I called him 30 minutes after he was supposed to be at our home and he admitted that he forgot. He scheduled again for the next day and was 15 minutes late. After looking at the pipes for 5 minutes, he asked me if my husband had tried to fix the leak because something was broken. I told him that I did not think so and even called my husband at work to verify that he did not. Santos said okay and he was off to Home Depot. He came back and worked on the sink for about 30 minutes and then had to go to Home Depot again. Santos billed us for 2.5 hours (1.5 of these hours Santos spent at home depot buying parts. Why does he drive a big van if there are not any parts in it?). He quoted us $250 for parts and labor! When my husband spoke with him on the phone Santos kept saying that Tamara approved for me to replace this part, like a child says but my friend told me to do it, well, is your friend a plumber? no. I explained to my husband that Santos made is seem like this is what had to happen for the problem to be fixed. He never stated how much the parts would be or alternatives to fixing the problem or an estimate of how much the work would be or that he would be charging us for his trips to the store. If he had said any of these things, I would have realized much earlier, that he intended on charging us and asked him to stop. My husband called him out on all of this and Santos dropped the price to $180. We will never use Mor Plumbing again and would never reccommend for anyone else too. We tried to support an independent contractor and this is the thanks that we get. A $180 bill for a leak that we did not cause. When my husband asked for a receipt of the parts, Santos avoided giving it to us a few times but finally said that he would email us a copy. The receipt was not from Home Depot, all of the parts from both trips were on the same receipt, the location of the store was impossible for him to get to in 45 minutes time, and date on the receipt was whited out! Obviously, Santos lied to us about where he went and what the cost was. You would have to be a fool to use Mor Plumbing after reading this review.
